Another desperate plea for help - this time for a First Aider for next Sunday

8th March 2010

Linda Hams is looking for a First Aider for her Kentucky Series Training Ride next Sunday - can anyone help please?

Linda Says: Can you appeal for a first aider for my ride on Sunday, It is one of the Kentucky series and we stand to raise at least £250 - everything has been given for nothing people's time, the venue and everything we need including caterer's profits and it would be meaningless if we have to pay for first aid cover so I would just cancel. I really don't want to do this as I suspect I will also have a number of entries on the day if the weather is good. It is a brand new ride which could become a CR in years to come. If weather is good I have at least ten more entries who can come over the Welney washes if the flood goes. Something that is peculiar to the fens cuts their journey time from 45 mins to ten mins!!!
Anyway can you help?
Many thanks
Linda
